Cancellation policy
I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. Greenhaus understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments that are canceled within 48 hours can result in a 50% charge of services booked.

No Show policy
"No shows" are described as a guests that does not make prior contact and does not show up to their scheduled appointment time, and can result in a 50% fee of the scheduled services. Showing up to your appointment time any more than 15 minutes late, are also subjected to a "no show" fee and may require deposits in the future to book appointments.

Redo Policy
I stand behind my work, and I want you to be 100% satisfied with your end result, if you do not love your hair please let me know within 7 days from receiving your service, to allow me ample time to correct it
